We recommend:- Clean the knife immediately after use.
- The best way to clean the knife is by hand, as it can be damaged in the dishwasher.
- Use clear water or a mild detergent
- Do not leave the knife in the water, otherwise the wooden handle may swell.
- Keep your knife in a dry place.
- In order not to damage the sharp blade, do not misuse this knife as a tool.
- Please always keep out of reach of children.
The blade in particular is extremely delicate, so the knife should be stored carefully. This protects the knife from scratches and loss of value.
